Prof. Vijay Govindarajan has been writing about Reverse Innovation for quite a few years. His last book ‘Reverse Innovation: Create Far from Home, Win Elsewhere’ (written with Chris Trimble) has won fabulous reviews. An important concept explained very well in this talk.

Put simply, Reverse innovation is a term referring to an innovation seen first, or likely to be used first, in the developing world before spreading to the industrialized world.
